Beach Cities Powder Coating was established in Gardena, CA in 2003. With over 20 years of experience, owning and operating Condor Powder Coating in Rialto, CA, managing partner, R.B. Peters, has developed Beach Cities into one of the most well respected batch powder coating operations in the Los Angeles/South Bay area. We have recently added a separate commercial production facility in order to accommodate our rapidly growing customer base. We have a solid reputation as the Southern California “experts” in custom powder coating all types of wheels & rims. (including, custom masking and special “metallic” colors to match car paint). We also handle large commercial projects with what we believe is the highest standard of quality, service, and pricing, that is available in our industry. Our ovens are equipped to handle parts up to 16 feet in length, 8 feet in height, and 6 feet in width. No job is too large or too small (based on quantity). If it’s made of metal (steel, aluminum, wrought iron, etc.) and it will fit into one of our ovens … we can powder coat it. Please call with any questions that you might have. Powder Coating

We use state-of-the-art coating systems, made by Gema and Sames. We are very experienced in applying "special finishes" (i.e., metallic, pearl, antique, candy, clear-coat, etc.) We also offer the highest quality zinc-rich "primer coat" for the ultimate in rust resistance.
 

Sand Blasting

Sandblasting is the method used to clean large structures as it's the most efficient and to me (but I am biased) the same is true for cleaning Meccano parts in preparation for re painting.
